At Ace Laser Technologies, Inc., we manufacture motor laminations using advanced laser cutting technology. We process laminations from all types of electrical steel including, Hiperco® 50, Carpenter 49, Nickel, Arnon, Sura, M19 C5, Silicone Steel, HF10, Aluminum, Stainless steel, Copper, Brass and CRML Steel in coil and sheet forms. We also excel in cutting end insulators from Nomex, Aramid, G5, G7, G10 Phenolics, and more. We are equipped with the latest automation equipment and laser technology specifically designed for this type of work.
With our top-of-the-line equipment, we offer tolerances of ±0.001″ on metal and ±0.002″ on plastic in most cases. Additionally, we offer CAD engineering, sheet metal prototypes, tube cutting, and laser welding services. We follow lean manufacturing principles to provide efficient services. Prototype, low to high volume production, and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are typically 2 weeks but are quoted on a job by job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.
