Laser Cutting Services

Our laser systems operate with hybrid and moving material configurations, featuring 2 and 3-axis cutting.
Motor Laminations Manufacturing
At Ace Laser Technologies, Inc., we manufacture motor laminations using advanced laser cutting technology. We process laminations from all types of electrical steel including, Hiperco® 50, Carpenter 49, Nickel, Arnon, Sura, M19 C5, Silicone Steel, HF10, Aluminum, Stainless steel, Copper, Brass and CRML Steel in coil and sheet forms. We also excel in cutting end insulators from Nomex, Aramid, G5, G7, G10 Phenolics, and more.
CNC Milling
At Ace Laser Technologies, Inc., we offer contract CNC milling services for Aluminum, SST, Carbon Steel, and Brass materials. Our 2 and 3-axis milling equipment can handle part sizes up to 40″ x 17″ inches with a tolerance down to 0.001″. Additionally, we offer laser cutting, welding, and etching services.
