At Ace Laser Technologies, Inc., our laser cutting services offer a versatile and precise solution for a wide range of materials, including metals and non-metals. With capabilities encompassing contract, prototyping, sheet and tube cutting. We employ advanced CO2 and fiber lasers. Our laser systems operate with hybrid and moving material configurations, featuring 2 and 3-axis cutting.
For metal cutting, our expertise extends to Electrical Steel, Hiperco® 50, Carpenter 49, Arnon, Sura, M19 C5, HF10, Copper, Nickel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Steel, Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals. We also excel in cutting non metals, such as Nomex, Aramid, G5, G7, G10, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Nylon, Delrin, Acetal, Fiberglass, Mylar®, Neoprene, Plastic, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Rubber, Silicone, PTFE, and Wood. Our cutting capabilities are precise, ranging from a minimum thickness of 0.003 inches to a maximum of 1 inch depending on material type. Our tolerance is +/-.001″ on metals and .002″ on plastic in most cases.
The cutting width spans from a minimum of 0.05″ to a maximum of 36″ for all materials. Additionally, for tube cutting, we handle diameters ranging from a minimum of 0.25″ to a maximum of 6″. Our secondary services include laser welding and marking. We follow lean manufacturing principles to provide efficient services. Low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are typically 2 weeks but are quoted on a job by job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.
