Quality Inspection & Design
Ace Laser Technologies offers quality design and engineering services to assist you in everything from conceptual design and prototyping to large scale production runs.
First article inspection reports are performed using our state of the art Keyence Vision System. Critical dimensions are inspected with an accuracy of .0002" and printed out on an easy to read report. Other dimensions that are not ideal for vision inspection are verified using caliper, pin gauges and CAD overlays. We can make FAIR's to fit your format.
We also use our Keyence Vision System to reverse engineer your existing parts if a print is not available. We can make a program to inspect all critical features and print out dimensions in a print format. We can translate this information into a CAD file and CNC program to recreate your part.
